Dear President,

         It is an honor to devote my time to share my opinion, of such magnitude causes for the peaceful evolution of HUMANITY. - FEELING EDUCATION.

        Thank you to have my thoughts aroused moral content to enrich your government plans.

        I admire your Altruistic feelings which according to positivist scientific analysis it is intrinsic into “soul genetics of the black race ", even occupying the highest position of this World Power, outweighs the pride and vanity of the white and yellow races. This argument is not racist, but realist.

       I'm glad that your mind will reserve a space to attend to my interests, when you are in Brazil, in the Rio de Janeiro city.

     If I am graced with an invitation to meet you personally, I am sure I will have the privilege of going out of ostracism in order to gain “political force” and attract more admirers to my interests that is, objectifying the moralization of my country, with the support of a man whose morality is respected throughout the world. If we have Moral in our Nation it is possible to maintain the Capitalism in good operation.

For the major interests of our Nations, I keep waiting for news and I say farewell, wishing you,
